Collectively, during their time on Capitol Hill, our team members were responsible for negotiating health-related legislation before all of the major healthcare committees and congressional leadership.

The Hart Health Strategies Inc. team has federal health agency experience, which is critical to understanding the regulatory process and the implementation of federal law and congressional directives. Our staff members have worked at the National Institutes of Health, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, and the Office of Management and Budget.

The Hart Health Strategies Inc. state advocacy team has over a decade of experience working with state legislatures and regulators across the United States. Our firm specializes in grassroots advocacy efforts to enhance opportunities for provider and patient engagement with lawmakers. Our unique network of legislative relationships and industry contacts has helped secure policy successes in all 50 U.S. states. The team also develops and leads strategic alliances and coalitions and provides Advocacy 101 training, committee testimony, policy negotiations, communication campaigns, contract counsel management, Capitol Day organization and execution, public speaking, and other related government affairs activities within the states.
